What’s New for the 2013 Chrysler 300C

The Chrysler 300C was introduced in 2012 as luxury version of the 300 series. No major changes were made for the 2013 model year.

The Chrysler 300C is the epitome of an American luxury sedan, with an aerodynamic body, sleek styling, powerful engine, and roomy feature-packed interior, it doesn’t get much classier than the 300C.
The 300C comes standard with “platinum chrome” exterior trim, 20-inch wheels, heated mirrors, remote start, fog lights, auto-dimming driver side mirror and keyless ignition and entry.

2013 Chrysler 300C Performance

The Chrysler 300C comes standard with a 3.6-liter V6 that creates 292 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The 300CS comes with a sport-tuned exhaust and a few other small adjustments that increase power to 300C hp. An eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive come standard.
Upgrade to the optional 5.7-liter V8, which creates 363 hp and 394 lb-ft of torque for a serious boost of power.

EPA-estimated fuel economy is 19 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 23 combined. The optional all-wheel-drive transmission is rated at 18 mpg city, 27 highway, and 21 combined.
EPA-estimated fuel economy for the upgraded V8 is 19 mpg combined with rear-wheel drive and 18 mpg combined with all-wheel-drive.

The 300C certainly qualifies as a luxury vehicle with its high-quality interior materials, incredibly powerful engine and long-list of standard features.
The 300C comes equipped standard with everything the 300S has, plus LED cabin lighting, driver memory functions, heated/cooled cup holders, an Alpine audio system, heated rear seats, a navigation system, power-adjustable pedals and steering wheel, a heated wood-trimmed steering wheel, and a power rear sunshade.

Standard safety features include anti-lock brakes, traction and stability control, front-seat side airbags, a driver knee airbag, active front head restraints, and side curtain airbags. Choose to add Chrysler’s SafetyTec package for a blind-spot warning system, a cross-path warning system, and a forward collision warning system. You can also opt for a rearview camera.

In government crash tests, the 300C earns the highest rating of five stars, and the best rating of “Good” in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s crash tests.
