The base models have just enough features to get the job done, but upgraded trim levels such as the Denali come fully-loaded with all the comforts you’d expect from today’s trucks. Crew cab models feature rear seats that fold nearly flat for extra cargo space.

Standard safety features include anti-lock disc brakes (front disc and rear drum), traction and stability control, front side airbags and side curtain airbags.
In government crash tests, the Sierra 1500 earns the highest rating of five stars, and the Top Safety Pick from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
