In this 2013 Porsche 911 Overview you’ll learn about the vehicle’s design, performance, and safety features.

What’s New for the 2013 Porsche 911

All-wheel drive is now an option for the 2013 Porsche 911.

2013 Porsche 911 Exterior

An athletic and powerful sports car, the Porsche 911 has been an icon for decades. Porsche offers a number of trim levels and packages so each buyer is able to make the car uniquely their own.
The Porsche Carrera is the coupe version and comes standard with 19-inch alloy wheels, automatic bi-xenon headlights, LED turn signals and running lights, and heated side mirrors.
The Carrera Cabriolet is the convertible trim, and comes with the same features as the Carrera coupe, but includes a multilayer power soft top and power-operated wind baffle.

2013 Porsche 911 Performance

The Porsche 911 Carrera is powered by a six-cylinder engine and a 3.4-liter engine, which produces an impressive 350 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque. Porsche estimates that the coupe can go from 0 to 60 in 4.4 seconds. A variety of trims and options to choose from means these numbers will vary based on your model.

2013 Porsche 911 Efficiency

Efficiency also varies by model, but most are fairly close in fuel economy numbers. The least efficient model, the Carrera PDK, gets an EPA rating of 20 mpg city, 28 highway, and 23 combined. Fuel efficiency gets slightly better in other models.

2013 Porsche 911 Interior

The entire Porsche 911 lineup comes packed with superior materials and design. The optional genuine leather, aluminum, and carbon fiber are well-worth the upgrade.
A unique, upward-sweeping center console creates a bridge between the armrest and the dash, and conveniently places the gearshift closer to the steering wheel.

2013 Porsche 911 Safety

Every Porsche 911 comes with antilock ventilated disc brakes, stability control and front, and side and side curtain airbags. Knee airbags for the driver and front passenger come standard on all but the Turbo and Turbo S models.
An optional adaptive cruise control system features automatic brake application in the event of an imminent collision.
