The Toyota Prius c, like all Prius’, is easily recognized by its unique curves and boxy rear hatchback. The Prius c is the smaller, entry-level Prius and comes in four trim levels. The Prius c One comes standard with 15-inch steel wheels, while the Prius c Four adds alloy wheels, heated mirrors, and fog lights.

The 2013 Toyota Prius c is powered by a smaller hybrid powertrain than its larger Prius siblings. Powered by a 1.5-liter four-cylinder gas engine, it produces 73 hp and 82 lb-ft of torque. A pair of electric motor/generators creates an additional 60 hp.

The Prius C returns impressive fuel economy numbers, as expected. EPA estimates mileage is 53 mpg city, 46 mpg highway, and 50 mpg combined, making the Prius the most economical non-plug-in hybrid on the market.

The Prius c has an appealing interior design, with gauges, controls, and knobs high up on the dashboard. At first appearance it might seem weird, but the location is actually very practical, making controls easy-to-read without taking the drivers attention too far from the road.
The Prius c also features ample interior room, most notably in the rear seats. The rear seat has a 60/40 split for flexible cargo space.
