2014 Chrysler 200 Specifications
2014 Chrysler 200 Exterior
A stylish grille and streamlined body create an appealing, luxurious look while also keeping an aerodynamic silhouette for optimal fuel efficiency. The sedan body style has its own unique styling, but the 200 Convertible is definitely something special with a conventional soft top or retractable hard top option.
2014 Chrysler 200 Performance
For the 2014 model year, the 200 offers two different engine choices. The first is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 173 hp and 166 lb-ft of torque. The other is a 3.6-liter V6 that produces 283 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque and is capable of reaching 60 mph from a standstill in 6.9 seconds. No matter the engine, the only available transmission is a six-speed automatic.
2014 Chrysler 200 Efficiency
Models equipped with the four-cylinder engine get an EPA-estimated 23 mpg combined, while the six-cylinder returns 22 mpg combined.
2014 Chrysler 200 Interior
Top quality materials help create a pleasing, comforting feel in the 2014 Chrysler 200 cabin, making it one of the best in the midsize sedan segment. The electronics within the cabin are a bit less impressive, but are still able to keep you connected with a 6.5-inch touchscreen. The front seats are comfortable with plenty of legroom, though the back can get a bit cramped and isn’t ideal for adult-sized passengers.
2014 Chrysler 200 Safety
According to government crash tests, the 200 sedan gets four out of five stars for overall vehicle safety, while the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the Chrysler 200 with the highest possible rating of “Good” in its moderate-overlap frontal-offset, side-impact, and roof-strength tests. The sedan comes standard with antilock brakes, stability and traction control, active head restraints, and front side airbags.
