What’s New for the 2014 Dodge Challenger Shaker
Dodge has introduced the Dodge Challenger Shaker, a special edition Challenger for 2014.
2014 Dodge Challenger Shaker Exterior
The Dodge Challenger Shaker is named for its unique Shaker hood with functional air intake. The Shaker is available in Pitch Black, Bright White, Billet Silver Metallic, TorRed, Header Orange and Plum Crazy Pearl, and the roof comes with decklid stripes (although these can be omitted if the look is not your style).
Other unique features include 20-inch polished aluminum wheels with black pockets and satin finish, body color grille that surrounds a script Challenger badge, and a gloss-black fuel door.
2014 Dodge Challenger Shaker Performance
The Shaker sports a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 under the hood, creating 376 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque. The muscle car also features Super Track Pak content including performance-tuned steering, a stiffer suspension, bigger brakes, Goodyear Eagle® Supercar tires, and three-mode Electronic Stability Control.

The 5.7-liter V8 is rated at 19 mpg combined fuel efficiency for the automatic and 18 mpg for the manual.
2014 Dodge Challenger Shaker Interior
The interior features high-performance heated leather seats with the Shaker logo, performance flat-bottom steering wheel, bright pedal kit, custom door-trim with sepia plow-through stitching, black trim bezels, and individually numbered Shaker instrument panel badge.
The UConnect® system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen is also an available option.

According to government crash testing, the Challenger is receives highest rating of five-stars for overall safety. Standard safety features include antilock disc brakes, stability and traction control, active front head restraints, front side airbags and side curtain airbags.
