A perky 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine powers the 500 convertible, producing 101 horsepower and 98 lb-ft of torque, unless you decide to go with the GQ Edition, which is powered by a 1.4-liter turbo engine that churns out 135 horsepower. The standard transmission is a 5-speed manual with no other available options.

Space in the back seat isn’t exactly prevalent, which you would expect from a subcompact car, but the front seat offers a whole lot of legroom and comfort.
