2014 GMC Savana Exterior
The 2014 GMC Savana is a big, bold, and capable full-size van. The design is boxy, but appeals to the traditional large van buyer. Large families and businesses looking for space, versatility, and towing capability will find that the Savana is an ideal choice.
The Savana comes standard with 16-inch steel wheels and 60/40-split swing-out right-side doors, making accessibility a breeze.
2014 GMC Savana Performance
The base rear-wheel-drive 1500 models come standard with a 4.3-liter V6, which produces 195 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. Depending on powertrain and trim, there are five other available engines, so you can create a van that will meet your exact needs.
For the base rear-wheel-drive 1500 model, the EPA estimates the GMC Savana gets 14 mpg city, 19 mpg highway, and 16 mpg combined fuel economy. When properly equipped, the Savana has a towing capacity of up to 10,000 pounds.
2014 GMC Savana Interior
In true work-van fashion, interior is simple, but spacious, comfortable, and controls and switches are well-labeled and easy to use. The standard wheelbase model offers 239 cubic feet of space, while the cavernous long-wheelbase Savana Cargo model provides 284 cubic feet.
2014 GMC Savana Safety
The 2014 GMC Savana features antilock brakes and stability control as standard equipment, while side curtain airbags, a rearview camera, rear parking sensors and OnStar are available as options.
