Building the real thing will cost you up to $90 grand. Worth it!

2015 BMW M3 Configurator The BMW M3 Sedan is your dream car. It doesn’t matter if you grew up fantasizing about anything else, because the new M3 is probably better. If you are in need of more convincing and can’t break away from the desk for a few hours to take a test drive (trust us, it’s worth your time to do so), then you’ll probably want to take a spin in the 2015 BMW M3 configurator.

The M3 carries a $62,000 base MSRP, which gets you the badass 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline-six mated to a six-speed manual; Auto Start-Stop; M Drive and M Driving Dynamics; and a track-inspired cooling system. If you don’t feel like paying up for metallic paint and full leather interior, then you’re looking at Alpine White with the cloth/leather combination Carbonstructure interior in Anthracite and black.  Be warned: getting the freebie exterior/interior means paying $575 for the power rear sunshade, which appears to be mandatory if the M3 doesn’t have a full Merino Leather interior.

Metallic exterior paint options (all of which run $550 extra) include: Sakhir Orange Metallic, Austin Yellow Metallic, Yas Marina Blue Metallic, Mineral Grey Metallic, Silverstone Metallic, and Mineral White Metallic.

For interior colors, you can go with Sakhir Orange/Black, Sonoma Beige, Black, or Silverstone in either Extended Merino Leather ($950 extra) or Full Merino Leather ($3,600 extra). Available trims include Aluminum Blade, Anthracite Wood, and Carbon Fiber.
