2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Overview
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Exterior
The sharp-looking 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe is the result of Cadillac ditching the two-door version of the larger CTS, and instead adopted the reasonable strategy of simply lengthening the door openings and tapering the roof line, much like the 2014 BMW 4 Series, which is the ATS’ main competitor. The ATS Coupe offers buyers practical style and sporty performance.
The Coupe will proudly display Cadillac’s new crest, placed squarely in the middle of the upper grille.
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Performance
The 2015 ATS Coupe comes with the choice of either a turbocharged four-cylinder that gets 272 hp, or a 3.6-liter V6 that puts out 321 hp. The four-cylinder is available with either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission, while the V6 is only available with the six-speed automatic.
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Efficiency
The 4 cylinder automatic gets fuel economy ratings of 21 mpg city, 30 mpg highway, and 24 mpg combined, while the V6 gets 18 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined, making the ATS competitive in its segment.
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Interior
The 2015 Cadillac ATS is packed with modern technology and quality materials. The latest CUE infotainment system comes with an eight-inch touch screen, 4G LTE cellular connectivity, and a new app marketplace called the CUE Collection.
The interior is roomy and comfortable, with a trunk which boasts 10.4 cubic feet of cargo space.
2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe Safety
Available safety features will likely include automatic brake drying for better performance in wet and snowy conditions, automatic braking in the event the car determines a collision to be imminent (reducing or avoiding front and rear collisions), lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and a heads-up display.
