2015 Camaro updates

The 2015 Chevy Camaro lineup

The 2014 Camaro got a pretty nice refresh (no complaints here at least), plus the addition of the Z/28, which was an instant success. It makes sense, then, that 2015 Camaro updates are few. The changes we will see, however, are pretty exciting.

Like the 2015 Sonic, the Camaro will be gaining an all-new Blue Velvet Metallic exterior color. It will, however, be giving up two in exchange: Deep Magenta Metallic and Blue Ray Metallic. The tonneau cover will be optional rather than standard for the Camaro Convertible 2LT, but the RS package’s 20-inch wheels will now get Bright Silver paint.

In addition, Chevy will be introducing two brand new LPO options for the 2015 Camaro. Drivers can now opt for a spoiler extension and foot well illumination.

It is likely that the 2015 Camaro updates are so few and far between because we’re not far off from a new generation for the Camaro. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that 2016 ushers in the sixth generation, but keep checking in for confirmation on that.
