So what is there to love about the all-new 2015 Chevrolet City Express? For starters, it has a tight turning diameter of just 36.7 feet. On top of that, it offers an estimated payload capacity of 1,500 pounds and 122.7 cubic feet of cargo space. Due to its smaller size, the City Express will deliver greater fuel efficiency than its competitors, such as the Ford Transit Connect.

“As the newest member of the Chevrolet Express family of vans, the 2015 City Express offers a smaller, more efficient choice for businesses that don’t need the cargo volume or other capabilities of a full-size van,” announced Ed Peper, U.S. vice president, GM Fleet and Commercial. “It is an easy-to-maneuver van that makes the most of its compact dimensions with clever features, allowing business owners to maximize its space – and their resources – with a vehicle sized for their needs.”

Still not sure that your business needs the City Express? Allow us to persuade you. The 2015 Chevrolet City Express also features 4’6” of space from side wall to side wall and 6’10” of space from the front seats to the rear doors. On top of that, the City Express offers an array of special features, including left- and right-side sliding doors, standard vinyl flooring, six exterior roof rack mountain points, standard power windows, backup sensors (standard on LT, available on LS), heated and power-adjustable outside mirrors (standard on LT), and a center console designed for storage, among several others.

“The City Express is engineered to carry what’s important to business owners – and do it with cost-effective efficiency and surprising versatility,” said Peper.

The 2015 Chevrolet City Express is powered by a duel overhead cam 2.0-liter inline-four cylinder engine (with continuously variable valve timing). This baby generates 131 hp and 139 lb-ft of torque. The City Express comes with four-wheel antilock brakes, electronic brake-force distribution, and electronic stability control. For additional safety, six airbags are standard.
