If you were in the market for a new Equinox last year but held off on the 2014 model for the 2015 one, you’re going to have to fork over a little extra. Chevrolet bumped the 2015 Chevy Equinox price up by a mere $80, but don’t worry, that 80 bucks will get you some extra goodies.

The biggest goodie, of course, is OnStar with 4G LTE, with a Wi-Fi hotspot that can sync up to seven devices. The 2015 Equinox also offers two new exterior colors: Sea Grass Metallic and Blue Velvet Metallic. They do come at a cost, however, as we are losing Ashen Gray Metallic and Atlantis Blue Metallic.

While the Equinox loses the 19-inch chrome wheels and tires, as well as the spotter mirrors, it does pick up front and rear splash guards (LPO), Fleet Free Maintenance Credit, and the OnStar Basic plan for 5 years. You can read about all the updates for the 2015 Chevy Equinox in detail here.

The base Equinox model is already on dealer lots for 2015 and carries an MSRP of $25,395, including the $875 destination charge. The LTZ trim starts at $32,795 with destination; while the 2015 Chevy Equinox price is bumped just $80 for the base model, this does mark a $270 increase for the LTZ.
