Hyundai added a couple of options for the 2015 model year. The Technology package now includes automatic climate control; 18-inch wheels now come along with the Style package.

The new Veloster maintains its one-of-a-kind shape profile and three-door design. From classic to bold, the Veloster comes in one of seven exterior colors. Chrome-tipped dual exhaust adorns the back end. The front end features LED headlight accents and a beveled hood sculpted by dual scoops.

Each Veloster model is FWD and outfitted with a punchy yet highly-efficient 1.6-liter GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) engine, making 138 horsepower with a manual transmission and 132 horsepower with the automatic DCI transmission. The Turbo and Turbo R-Spec trims boast the same powertrain, only turbocharged for an additional 63 horsepower.

For the 2015 model year, standard Veloster models achieve a very competitive 26 mpg city/35 mpg highway. Turbo models deliver 24 mpg city/33 mpg highway.

The interior of the Veloster is designed for convenience and comfort. The Veloster offers a Bluetooth hands-free phone system. An eight-speaker Dimension Premium Audio system provides a superior listening experience. A dedicated button provides emergency assistance via Hyundai’s Blue Link system. Sport bucket seats come standard and many interior features can be controlled through buttons on the steering wheel.
