2015 Jeep Wrangler, Ram 1500 Earn Vincentric Best Value in America Awards
Fiat Chrysler Automobile’s awards sweep continues with two Vincentric Best Value in America awards, one for the 2015 Jeep Wrangler and one for the Ram 1500. This marks the fourth year in a row that the Wrangler has earned this distinction from Vincentric in the Compact/Mid-Size SUV Segment. The 2015 Ram 1500, meanwhile, earned its award in the Full-Size ½-Ton Pickup category.
“The Ram 1500 and the Jeep Wrangler earned Vincentric Best Value in America awards by delivering best-in-class performances when we measured total cost of ownership and compared it to expected results for the competitors in each vehicle’s segment,” remarked David Wurster, Vincentric President. “Contributing to their success was that both vehicles had the lowest total cost of ownership over five years in their respective classes.”
To determine the winners in each specific segment, Vincentric looks at the total cost of ownership of all vehicles on the market for 2015, along with the current market price of those vehicles. Through some statistic analysis, Vincentric is able to determine which models hold the greatest value.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has picked up a wide variety of awards in the first three months of this year. Chevrolet may have boasted about winning the most awards for 2014, but already, it seems like FCA may be poised to steal the crown.
