2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS Coupe Overview
2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS Coupe Exterior
The 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS Coupe features flowing, sensual lines and a more aggressive look than ever before both in the front and the back, largely thanks to the recast LED headlamps, the “diamond grille” already seen on the A-class and S-class coupe, and darker, multi-level taillights. The headlamps can’t receive enough praise: each lighting units contains 24 LEDs that can be individually and instantly controlled to create ideal illumination patterns without blinding incoming drivers.

Under the hood, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS Coupe is powered by a new 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo engine that produces 329 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. The 4.6-liter twin-turbo V8 on the CLS550 cranks those numbers up to 402 and 443 lb-ft via a nine-speed automatic transmission with hydrodynamic torque converter. Upper trims will offer a 550-horsepower AMG engine mated to a 4Matic transmission.
