2015 Nissan Murano pricing announced

Production on the 2015 Nissan Murano began just two short weeks ago at the Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant in Mississipi, and we now know two important pieces of information: when we can buy it and how much it’s going to cost.

To the first point, it was announced today at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show at the new Murano will hit the streets starting on December 5, meaning that you’ll have plenty of time to stuff it into your Chrimbus list.

Just as importantly, we now have full 2015 Murano pricing information, and here’s the scoop.

For models with FWD, the base Murano S starts at $29,560, the Murano SV starts at $32,630, the Murano SL starts at $36,950, and the Murano Platinum starts at an even $39,000. This means prices are up about $1,000 across the board, which is about par for the course given the number of enhancements between the 2014 and 2015 model years.

For the same models equipped with AWD, the Murano S will start at $31,160, Murano SV will start at $34,220, Murano SL starts at $38,550, and Platinum starts at $40,600. Surprisingly, the price increases here are generally in the same ballpark, up about $1,000 over the 2014 models.

With prices and features fully revealed and a street date looming, that can mean only one thing: a configurator is coming! Keep your eyes on this space to learn about all of the 2015 Murano’s options and just about how much they’ll cost you.
