2015 Nissan Sentra Earns IIHS Top Safety Pick
Those in the market for a small sedan can rest assured that the 2015 Nissan Sentra will protect them in the event of an accident after the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety named it a Top Safety Pick.
The Sentra offers Nissan’s Advanced Air Bag System as standard with dual-stage front airbags, front seat-mounted airbags, and roof-mounted curtain side-impact airbags. Electronic driver assists such as anti-lock brakes, electronic brake distribution, traction control, and brake assist also come standard.
Other notable safety features include a standard Bluetooth hands-free phone system that cuts down on distracted driving, and the Easy Fill Tire Alert that makes it easier for Sentra owners to keep their tires inflated to the proper pressure at all times.
