We just learned about the 2016 Chevy Equinox updates, and we’re pretty excited about some of them.

The most obvious change to the 2016 Equinox will be a wider, deeper grille that features horizontal chrome inserts, similar to those seen on the current Chevy Cruze and Traverse models. Additionally, the 2016 Equinox will come with a restyled front fascia and an updated interior, potentially to include new seating materials. Currently, the Equinox offers various seating trims across its model range, including base cloth, premium cloth, and perforated leather.

Although the details on the 2016 Chevy Equinox updates are shaky at best, we won’t have to wait too long to see them. Chevy’s car and crossover marketing manager explains that the 2016 Equinox will be revealed “within a couple of months,” according to Edmunds. Chevy plans on giving the Equinox a full redesign sometime in 2017.

If the statement is true that the 2016 Equinox will be unveiled within a couple of months, it’s likely that it’ll make its debut at the Chicago Auto Show. Stay tuned to see if our prediction is true!
