After premiering last month in Silicon Valley, the new 2016 Honda Accord has received official pricing in advance of its sales debut. The base Accord Sedan LX with 6-Speed manual transmission carries a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of $22,105; representing the same price as the 2015 model. The Accord Coupe LX-S manual, at $23,775, is also unchanged for 2016.

A brand new line-topping Touring trim for the Accord Coupe is priced at $34,125, and comes equipped with a V6 engine and six-speed automatic transmission.

“The best is getting better with the launch of the redesigned 2016 Accord,” said Honda executive Jeff Conrad. “With more customer-relevant technology, an even more refined and sporty ride and top-class fuel economy and safety ratings, the 2016 redesign keeps Accord at the top of its class.”

The 2016 Honda Accord Coupe hits dealerships on August 26th, while the Sedan goes on sale tomorrow.

Although many of the prices are the same as last year, much has changed for the 2016 model. Most notably, the new Accord offers a 7-inch Display Audio touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it one of the first mainstream production vehicles to hit the market equipped with the advanced smartphone connectivity features. Other newly available features include a 60/40-split and folding rear seat, rain-sensing wipers, parking sensors, and heated rear seats.

Additionally, the Sport and Touring trims of the Sedan and Touring trim of the Coupe also come with the first-ever application of 19-inch alloy wheels on an Accord.
