2017 Kia Sportage Debuts Sophisticated New Design at LA Auto Show
The Kia Sportage is back and better than ever for the 2017 model year. At the LA Auto Show earlier this week, Kia debuted its longest-running nameplate’s newest face—and it’s stunning.
In a segment that is overcrowded, it can be difficult for crossovers to set themselves apart, but it looks like the 2017 Kia Sportage won’t have any problem. The new crossover offers consumers an elegant design, which is wrapped around a stiffer, more spacious body. Sharp lines are softened with smooth curves, creating the perfect combination for a sleek silhouette. Chrome accents are now standard on all trim levels, which gives the Sportage an even more sophisticated look.
A variety of advanced driver assistance technologies will make Sportage owners safer than ever before, while the crossover’s refined interior makes it more comfortable, too. The interior dimensions have increased, which helps the crossover offer consumers even more space. Soft-touch materials and the available leather upholstery give the 2017 Sportage’s interior a classy feel.
The 2017 Sportage will come with three trim levels—LX, EX, and SX Turbo—making it easy to choose the right crossover for your needs. It comes with two powertrain options: a 2.4-liter four-cylinder or a turbocharged 2.0-liter. Both of these options offer terrific fuel efficiency and top-notch performance.
Pricing has yet to be announced, so keep your eye out for that information in the future.
