2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This month at Dallas’ Klyde Warren Park, Nissan proudly rolled out its latest refreshed model, the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. The model is set to go on sale this fall in the United States, and the automaker wants to make sure that everyone is as excited for the new car as it is. The new model was unveiled in the middle of an urban maze to highlight its new catchphrase, “Find Your Path”. Besides the new vehicle, Nissan used the event as an opportunity to announce its sponsorship of the popular park as its Official Vehicle and Wi-Fi provider.

So, what exactly makes the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder so special? First of all, the exterior has gotten an update to make it look more like the other refreshed Nissan models. LED daytime running lights, a new front bumper, and new wheel designs make this SUV look better than ever.

Under the hood, the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder now has a 3.5-liter V6 engine, which means that the vehicle’s towing capacity has climbed to 6,000 pounds, a best-in-class weight, when properly equipped. The vehicle has also been given a new Motion-Activated liftgate to make loading boxes and groceries a breeze, even if your arms are full. More driver assistance features are available, such as Moving Object Detection, Around View Monitor, and Forward Emergency Braking, to make the drive safer than ever.

“The new Nissan Pathfinder takes the iconic nameplate to an even higher level of performance, technology and style,” said José Muñoz, executive vice president, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and chairman, Nissan North America, Inc. “The Pathfinder is the perfect vehicle for connecting urban and off-road adventures, just as the Klyde Warren Park is a connection between Downtown and Uptown Dallas.”

We can’t wait for the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to roll into dealerships.
