2018 Chevrolet Bolt EV Overview

Decrease Font Size Increase Font Size Text Size Print This Page

Compared to competitors from Tesla and other automakers, the Chevrolet Bolt EV entered the all-electric segment at a somewhat later date. Still, that hasn’t stopped it from climbing up the ranks to the top, outselling other popular electric vehicles like the Tesla Model S.

The Bolt’s momentum doesn’t show any signs of slowing for the 2018 model year. While Chevy’s EV isn’t set to receive any major modifications for its latest iteration, the Bolt still possesses the same features and attributes that have made it such a smash hit in the first place.

The 2018 Chevrolet Bolt EV may not be the largest vehicle in Chevrolet’s lineup. Yet, it is the small size of the Bolt that makes it such an ideal set of wheels for city driving.

The Bolt also comes packaged with several exterior amenities perfect for combating the challenges of an urban environment. Heated, power-adjustable mirrors are useful during the coldest months of the year, while automatic headlamps help make the transition between day and night easier to manage.
