The 2018 Dayton Auto Show promises to bring exciting concept vehicles and new models from major automakers. Don’t miss this exciting event that runs form February 22nd through 25th. Equip yourself with some essential information you’ll need for a pleasant, stress-free experience.

Where to Park

The show itself will be held at the Dayton Convention Center located at 22 East Fifth Street Dayton, Ohio 45402. The best place to park will be the Transportation Center parking garage which is just one block away, on the intersection of Jefferson Street and Fifth Street. The $2 daily rate makes it an affordable place to park your vehicle while you enjoy browsing the bounty of new vehicles inside the convention center.

What to Wear

Um…clothes? Ok, besides the obvious answer, the main thing to remember when planning your outfit for the day is to wear something comfortable. Auto shows involve a lot of standing and walking around exhibits so make sure to don comfortable shoes. It’s also good to wear something appropriate for easily climbing in and out of front and back seats of vehicles.

What to Bring

Cameras and video recorders are allowed at this event, so make sure to pack those gadgets, if you have them. (Just remember to pace yourself when taking pictures, as the sheer variety of vehicles on display can be overwhelming!)

On-Site Food?

You can definitely find snacks for purchase at the on-site concession stand. However, for more hefty sustenance, the nearby Oregon District offers an array of food options.
