If the Genesis G80 luxury sedan had caught your eye upon its release this year, but you wished that the car had more sportiness to match its beauty, then you’ll want to take note of what the automaker unveiled at the 2016 LA Auto Show this week.

While the 2017 Genesis G80 was all about power–with its 3.8-liter V6 and 5.0-liter V8 engine options–the new 2018 Genesis G80 Sport variant offers a third engine choice that offers better driving performance and sporty agility. Here’s what we learned about the G80 3.3T Sport and its 3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6 at the LA Auto Show.

Genesis’ parent company Hyundai is known for its Sport variants that it releases for its vehicles, such as the Elantra Sport and the Santa Fe Sport. It’s no surprise that the recently-launched Genesis brand is continuing that tradition with the Sport variant of the Genesis G80.

The G80 Sport possesses an athletic 3.3-liter direct-injected, twin-turbocharged V6 engine reaching 365 horsepower/376 lb-ft torque, which beats the 311 horsepower/293 lb-ft torque of the G80’s standard 3.8-liter V6. Its sport-tuned eight-speed automatic transmission and upgraded suspension system with continuous damping control promise to make it a blast to drive. Other highlights include an augmented rear brake set-up and shift-by-wire technology.

Inside the G80 Sport, you’ll see a number of changes too–from the aluminum sport pedals to the copper contrast stitching and microfiber suede headliner.

The G80 Sport is expected to be available at dealership in the spring of 2017–just in time for you to drive around in style this summer. Make sure you pick one of the two exclusive body colors offered–Polar Ice or Sevilla Red.

If you’re not a fan of the G80, then the G90 might be up your alley. It just received a nomination as one of the top three 2017 North American Car of the Year award finalists by the Motor Press Guild.
