“Kia’s Certified Pre-Owned program proves to be popular with consumers looking for world-class vehicles,” said Bill Peffer, vice president, sales operations, Kia Motors America.  “The recent expansion of the Quality Assurance inspection, incorporating an additional 14 points of review, provides consumers added confidence when buying pre-owned and strengthens the value Kia vehicles provide.”

To qualify for Kia’s CPO program, vehicles must have less than 60,000 miles on them, be no more than five years old, and be vetted by certified Kia technicians who put the vehicles through a stringent 164-point Quality Assurance inspection.

“CPO vehicles also come with a 10-year /100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty and 12-month /12,000 mile-Platinum Coverage. Whether it’s the midsize Optima sedan, iconic Soul or the Sorento SUV that drivers dream of, customers get a great price matched with superb quality, bypassing the stress, risk and uncertainty that typically comes with buying a previously owned vehicle,” according to Kia.
