Inside the cabin of the 2019 Audi A8, the German automaker has made it both simpler and more refined than ever, with quality materials and new contours and dimensions to make all passengers as comfortable as possible. Ambient lighting accents the new shape of the interior, and rear passengers will appreciate the upgraded features like customizable Matrix LED reading lights and reclining heated seats. Riders will fight over the back seats during long road trips to take advantage of the available footrests and Rear Seat Entertainment system as well.

When it comes to technology, Audi has not spared anything from its flagship sedan. Driver assistance systems like Audi AI park pilot, traffic jam pilot, and advanced maneuvering assist are available to give the driver a copilot on the difficult road ahead. The MMI touch response system replaces the traditional rotary/push-button control and touchpad to make communicating with the car’s infotainment systems much easier. The 10.1 inch touchscreen also blends in to the high-gloss black material used in the center of the dashboard when it’s not in use, bringing its aesthetics in line with the rest of the interior. If drivers love listening to music as they drive, Bang & Olufsen is adding its 3D surround sound system to the Audi A8 for the first time so they can feel like they’re in a mobile music hall.
