“We have created a new executive role, reflecting the fact that communications is a key aspect in our new organization and a vital tool as we expand and elevate Cadillac globally,” de Nysschen said. “As a result, we see Andrew’s unique experience in the premium automotive space as a natural fit as we grow our management team and the Cadillac business globally.”

Lipman previously spent nine years in the same role for Audi of America, where he helped to make Audi one of the most popular luxury brands in the world. He spearheaded both national and regional communications programs in order to support new product launches, and he was also responsible for marketing initiatives and lifestyle/entertainment communications.

Prior to working at Audi, Lipman served as vice president of Ketchum Public Relations, where he handled the Hyundai Motor America account.
