After recording their best-ever March sales figures, Mercedes had a tough act to follow in April. After the announcement that April sales for Mercedes were also the best the automaker has seen in the United States, there’s no reason not to start expecting encore performances in the warm months ahead.

Mercedes sold 29,329 vehicles across the Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, and smart model lines, which marked a 12.1 percent year-over-year increase from April 2013. The Mercedes-Benz brand alone accounted for 25,887 of those sales, which itself marks a 9.5 percent increase over last April’s sales figures.
