2016 Audi RS7 Performance

The LA Auto Show usually has its fair share of world debut models, as it is the first major auto show of the season. The Audi e-tron Quattro Concept made its North American debut, and the Audi RS 7 Performance took its first global bow this week.

The new Audi RS 7 Performance model is equipped with the powerful 4-liter TFSI engine partnered with an eight-speed Triptronic® transmission that generates 605 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. With a top track speed of 190 mph, the model can reportedly speed from 0-60 mph in an impressive 3.6 seconds.

As is befitting a car this fast, the Audi RS 7 Performance is equipped with RS sport seats that are available in leather. The RS is also ready to go as fast as you can on track day with carbon ceramic brakes, Dynamic Ride Control (DRC), 21-inch cast aluminum wheels, and sport exhaust black tailpipes.

If you’re excited just thinking about this new performance vehicle, we have very good news for you. Prospective buyers won’t have long to wait to place their orders for the Audi RS 7 Performance, as it will go on sale next month. Start saving your pennies, because the starting MSRP is reportedly $129,000.
