Best Exterior Colors Offered by Dodge
Dodge vehicles are available with more extensive palette of colors than most, and that’s great. More choice is more freedom, and we love our freedom. But more choice also means it’s easier to get confused. So we’ve put together a list of the best exterior colors offered by Dodge, just for you.
2015 Dodge Charger
The Charger is the kind of car that just looks perfect in white, but not totally white. The “Ivory Tri-Coat Pearl” option adds just the slightest tinge of color to it, like a mix between very light beige and silver, and it just looks superb.
2015 Dodge Challenger
The Challenger commands respect, which is why we love it most in “Sublime Green.” Okay, maybe not most. It’s actually difficult to pick out a “best” color for this car, as its bodywork is so excellent that it makes every color look good. We really love the retro feel of “B5 Blue,” however, as well as the almost threatening look for “Granite Crystal.”
2015 Dodge Dart
The Dart is an energetic car for young buyers. “A rude awakening for sleepy cars,” Dodge says, and we think that message can be communicated even more strongly with colors like “Laser Blue Pearl” and “Vitamin C,” a sexy orange. Our favorite is “Redline Red 2-Coast Pearl,” which makes the Dart look like it came right out of Fast & Furious—oh wait, it actually did.
2015 Dodge Durango
The Durango is an imposing car with a lot of character. You can temper it with “Maximum Steel Metallic” paint or enhance it with a coat of “Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl.” For a nice middle ground, choose “Sandstone Pearl” or “Billet Metallic.” Just stay away from the “Black Forest Green Pearl,” unless you’re trying to blend in with the trees or something.
2015 Dodge Grand Caravan
The Grand Caravan is the mother of all family-transportation vehicles, and that means you can go about it two ways. Either you pick subdued-but-classy colors like “Sandstone Pearl” and “Granite Crystal” to let everyone know you’re a responsible adult, or you go for “Redline Red 2 Coat Pearl” because hey, why shouldn’t dad have any fun? Or you could go for “Bright White,” because it just makes the front grille pop something fierce.
2015 Dodge Viper
The Viper can be configured in so many ways that there just isn’t a point trying to isolate a handful of colors. Instead, we’ll point you toward the super nifty Viper 1 of 1 configurator so you can tinker around with what you might want.
