When the Cadillac CTS-V Coupe was first introduced at the 2010 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), it made quite an impression with its uniquely centered twin exhausts and more prominent grille. After entering production in the summer of 2010, the CTS-V Coupe has continued to impress with its drivetrain tested on Germany’s own Nürburgring track, churning out an extremely healthy 556 horsepower, making it one of the fastest everyday cars available.

While it had an impressive package even when it was first introduced, now in its second generation, the CTS-V Coupe offers four new exterior color choices—Phantom Gray Metallic, Mocha Steel Metallic, Majestic Plum Metallic, and Red Obsession Tintcoat—along with a Sport Blue interior package to highlight the car’s athleticisms.

Though the CTS-V Coupe itself hasn’t made an appearance on a racetrack, its sedan counterpart, which has a similar powertrain, took Germany’s infamous Nürburgring track by storm, boasting an outstanding lap time of 8:14.10. With a lighter frame, it wouldn’t be hard to imagine the CTS-V Coupe pumping out similar numbers on the same track.
