Cadillac sales around the globe increased 16.9% in October thanks to double-digit sales increases in its four biggest markets—the United States, China, Canada, and the Middle East—as well as in Mexico, the European Union, and Russia. All told, Cadillac moved 23,250 vehicles across the world in October.

“Cadillac’s increasing product substance and disciplined brand and marketplace strategies are building momentum,” said Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen. “The expansion continues in the months to come with the launch of both the first-ever CT6 at the top of our car range, and the first-ever XT5 crossover in the luxury market’s strongest segment.”

Model-wise, the SRX was Cadillac’s biggest mover yet again with 8,490 sales worldwide. The SRX was up 46% year-over-year in October, and it is selling 10.5% better through 10 months. The SRX was followed by the ATS, of which Cadillac sold 5,454 units, and the Escalade, of which Cadillac sold 3,762 units. Those models experienced year-over-year sales gains of 29.5% and 44.2%, respectively.

Most impressive was the fact that Cadillac experienced double-digit growth almost across the board, including 13% growth in the United States, 23.4% growth in China, 46.5% growth in Canada, 15.3% growth in the Middle East, 11.1% growth in Mexico, and 52.3% growth in the EU and Russia.
