The Cadillac Escalade has long been one of the most sought after SUVs on the market.

Everyone from pop star Justin Bieber to hip-hop icon Dr. Dre owns one of these legendary sports utility vehicles, but what exactly makes the Escalade so desirable in the first place?

With its powerful V8 engine, sophisticated good looks, and tech-savvy interior, the Escalade offers a unique combination of high-end luxury and top-notch performance. The 2017 model can tow more than 8,000 pounds thanks to its 420-horsepower V8 motor, while its cabin comes loaded with premium features such as heated and cooled front seats, a Bose Centerpoint surround sound 16-speaker audio system, and wireless charging, but for some reason Carlex Designs didn’t think that was good enough.

If you didn’t already know, Carlex Designs is an international company that specializes in creating and designing one-of-a-kind car interiors. In fact, part of the company’s mission statement is, “To create cutting edge projects and products at the unmatched level.”

This company has already created unique cabins for performance vehicles like the Porsche Panamera, Chevy Corvette Z06, and Nissan GT-R, but the latest model to receive a custom touch from Carlex Designs is the Escalade.

Carlex Designs shared photos of its custom Escalade via Twitter on Jan. 5th.

These pictures show that additional leather upholstery has been added to the Escalade, along with wood inserts on the center control and also on the doors.

The company’s Twitter account described the custom interior as, “A symphony of class and good taste!” However, some people might say the Escalade’s interior is just right the way it comes from the factory, but that’s a matter of individual taste.

What do you think, is this Escalade’s custom interior hot or not?
