Driving should have an element of fun, and according to Cars.com, you can’t find a more fun car to drive than the Volkswagen Golf GTI. The editors at Cars.com are so positive that the Golf GTI delivers the most joy that they gave it the title of “Most Fun-to-Drive Car of the Year.”

“Sports cars are a blast, but more often than not, drivers trade everyday comfort for behind-the-wheel thrills,” said Newman. “There are no trade-offs with the GTI, however; Volkswagen’s hatchback excels for its blend of performance, comfort and refinement.”

Starting price for this exciting set of wheels is $26,415.

2018 Volkswagen Atlas

Earning the highest praise from the Cars.com editors is the Volkswagen Atlas, which was named “Best of 2018.”

“Big is back, and Volkswagen has brought to market its biggest SUV ever, the 2018 Atlas. With three rows of seating that are incredibly flexible, it’s possible to fit seven full-sized adults in the Atlas with no complaints about comfort from anyone,” said Jennifer Newman,  Cars.com’s editor-in-chief. “The Atlas is also available with all of the latest electronic gadgets, from Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ to forward collision warning systems, adaptive cruise control and a surround-view camera for easy parking,” according to Volkswagen.

The 2018 Atlas is available at four trim levels – Launch Edition, SE, SEL, and SEL Premium. Front wheel drive is standard, but you can opt for available 4MOTION® all-wheel drive on any trim. The 2018 Atlas is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 expertly mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic® and Sport mode, a powertrain that generates 276 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque.
