Chevrolet and GMC Business Elite Program Grows 16 Percent in First Year
General Motors has announced that its Chevrolet and GMC Business Elite program grew by 16 percent in its first year by adding 74 new dealers to its network. Since launching in March 2013, the Business Elite program has aimed to provide GM’s business customers with the best-possible sales and service experience for the duration of their partnership—from the moment they step foot into a dealership and throughout their vehicle’s lifetime.
General Motors’ press release includes a conversation with business owner Billy Jones, whose 52-vehicle fleet is managed by a GMC Business Elite dealership in Jasper, Indiana. Currently, there are 526 Chevy and GMC dealers enrolled in the Business Elite program throughout the United States.
Perks of utilizing the Business Elite Program include: priority service, priority hours, round-the-clock towing, work-ready loaner vehicles, business financing and leasing options, business vehicle remarketing, and no-hassle disposal. Vehicles eligible for the Chevy and GMC Business Elite Program include cargo, passenger and cutaway vans, chassis cabs, 1500, 2500 and 3500 pickups. This will also extend to the newly-unveiled Chevrolet City Express and the CNG bi-fuel capable Silverado.
