“With the most standard safety features in its class, low cost of ownership, and the space and connectivity the market demands, sales show that the Chevrolet Cruze is being purchased for a mix of fleet applications,” commented Ed Peper, who is the US vice president of GM Fleet and Commercial Sales. “It means a great deal to us to have fleet managers put us at the top of their list.”

Those sales that Peper referenced are phenomenal this year. Fleet sales for the Cruze are up 41% in the first 10 months of this year compared to the first 10 months of 2013. In fact, the Cruze is Chevy’s best-selling car globally; Chevy reached the 3 million mark just this August.

Mary Kay is one of the companies that uses the Cruze as the fleet car of choice for its employees. Laura Beitler, the vice president of recognition and events for Mary Kay, stated, “Mary Kay selected the Chevrolet Cruze for its independent sales force members because it’s affordable, stylish, and offers impressive fuel economy, safety and technology. Cruze serves as a symbol for the hard work and success many of our sales force members earn from their Mary Kay business.”

The Chevy Cruze saw some exterior styling updates for 2015 here in the States and now comes with OnStar with 4G LTE with a Wi-Fi hotspot.
