Chrysler Group’s November Sales Continue Winning Streak
If there’s only one thing to be taken away from Chrysler Group’s November sales report, it’s that every employee deserves to go out for a celebratory drink. The automaker officially closed out the month with another year-over-year sales gains. This brings Chrysler Group up to 56 consecutive year-over-year sales gains, just four months shy of five years running.
In total, Chrysler Group moved 170,839 units. This marks Chrysler Group’s best November since 2001 and an increase of 20%, as the automaker sold 142,275 units back in 2013.
Each of the brands saw tremendous success in November, and all of them—Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat—individually posted year-over-year sales gains. In particular, Ram Truck excelled with a 31% increase over November of 2013, marking its best November since 2003.
The Chrysler 200 crushed it in November, up 155%. But the 200 wasn’t the only vehicle taking names. Ten other Chrysler Group models set individual records last month. Among them were the Dodge Challenger, Dodge Dart, Dodge Journey, Fiat 500L, Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Patriot, Jeep Wrangler, Ram Cargo Van, Ram pickup, and Ram ProMaster.
