People love the FR-S. They love it so much that even those who think the cure for Scion’s sales woes is to start the whole thing over from scratch are sure to qualify their thoughts with “well, they’ll want to keep the FR-S, of course.” Patient enthusiasts have hungered for more; they want a four-door or an electric or a diesel or a convertible version of the FR-S, but Toyota has kept them waiting. One of the most common cries: we want more power. This is where Cosworth comes in with their FA20 Stage 1 Power Package.
The FA20 Stage 1 Power Package comes with three different options that allow for 220 horsepower, 225 horsepower, or 230 horsepower. The packages focus primarily on the exhaust system and are part of the scalable FA20 platform that allows for future enhancements if you opt to start with the catback and build from there .
All of the packages include “Power by Cosworth” Calibration Kit and Files, Cosworth Free Flow Sports Exhausts (built in partnership with Nameless Performance), Cosworth High Flow Air Filter, Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostat, Cosworth Car Badge, and Cosworth Authentication Engine Plaque.
