Dealers Take Delivery of Colorado and Canyon at Wentzville
Wednesday was a big day for quite a few Chevrolet and GMC truck dealers, who arrived in Missouri to personally take delivery of their first orders for the new Colorado and Canyon at Wentzville Assembly. Over 125 dealer reps took part in the dealer drive-away and truck launch celebrations.
Also taking part in the party were nearly 40 new Colorados and Canyons, arranged in the shape of a GM logo (for an aerial shot) in the parking lot. GM quotes them at “about 37,” which is kind of weird. Can they not take the time to count fewer than 40 very large things that are easy to count to get an exact number?
“No, they cannot,” said a spokesperson we just made up.
Dealers took delivery of the new Colorado and Canyon at Wentzville Assembly.

Nancy Laubenthal, the Wentzville Assembly Plant Manager (and someone we did not make up), commented, “This is a great way to showcase our shared commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.”
In addition to the Colorado and Canyon, Wentzville Assembly is also responsible for the Chevy Express and GMC Savana.
