Dealers Can Now Order the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

Dodge has increased the pricing of the 2016 Dodge Hellcat models

Demand for the Dodge Hellcat models continues to rise—and so is the muscle cars’ pricing. Dodge recently announced that the 2016 Hellcat pricing will go up for the 2016 model year, making the 707-horsepower muscle cars slightly more expensive.

The 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will have a starting MSRP of $62,495. This is a $2,500 increase from the 2015 model’s price tag of $59,995. The 2016 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat will have a slightly smaller increase of $1,950 with a 2016 model price of $65,945. According to Dodge, the increase in pricing reflects a variety of new standard features for the Hellcat models, including navigation and Laguna leather.  Neither of the prices reflects destination and gas guzzler tax.

There’s good news for those Hellcat fans who recently had to cancel their 2015 model orders, though—they can get the 2016 Hellcat models for the 2015 pricing. If that’s not a good deal, we don’t know what is!

Dodge’s increase in Hellcat pricing quickly follows the announcement of an increase in Hellcat production. The American carmaker didn’t expect the power-hungry muscle cars to be quite as popular as they are, selling out on all 2015 model years and making Dodge cancel hundreds of orders for 2015 models.
