This gif went viral on the r/funny subreddit today, having been posted there with the description, “Brother got very drunk at the Daytona 500 and disappeared from our tailgate. When I texted to ask if he was OK he responded with this. Yes, he is charging his phone. No, he did not have a pit pass.”

Yep, apparently some guy got pretty intoxicated at the NASCAR season opener on Sunday (as one does at a NASCAR race), and imbued with enough liquid courage, managed to bluff his way into the pits. And, uh, charge his iPhone while he was down there.
“He said he just walked in and acted like he belonged there,” the Reddit user said in the comments section. “I’m amazed he didn’t get kicked out.”
This just goes to show that with enough confidence, you can go anywhere in life. And with enough beers, you can have a hell of a lot of confidence.
