The 2014 Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction will be held this year from September 25 – 27. There’ll be plenty of goodies to gawk at and drool over (please, just watch the leather seats), but perhaps most intriguing is Elvis Presley’s 1967 Cadillac Coupe De Ville, which is known as his honeymoon Cadillac, as he and Priscilla were often seen puttering around Memphis in the De Ville shortly after being wed.

Elvis Presley’s 1967 Cadillac Coupe De Ville honeymoon car has been a part of Mike L. Moon’s collection since 1979. As a part of said collection, it has made appearances in Niagara Falls, Canada, and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, at Elvis museums. Before Moon gained possession of the honeymoon car, however, it was all Elvis’. The King purchased the Coupe De Ville on September 15, 1967; whoever drives away in this classic Caddy will receive the original Bill of Sale, the title, and the original Protect-O-Plate that features Elvis’ name.

The new owner of the honeymoon car will also get newspaper clippings and the book, Hurry Home, Elvis, in which the Cadillac is mentioned by name (on page 18).

Interested in making a bid (or just wishing you had the cash to do so)? Check out the listing at Barrett-Jackson’s website.
