An exclusively designed Nissan GT-R, the ‘Predzilla,’ is headed to the auction block in the name of charity. The unique car was donated by Nissan to the Nashville Predators Foundation, which assists a variety of charities in the Nashville area. The fierce Nissan GT-R Premium model, which generates 565 horsepower and 467 lb-ft of torque, is “custom-painted in Preds’ official colors and graphics,” according to Nissan, and will be the featured item in the now live auction of the Predators Foundation.

According to Nissan, “Fans can either text ‘Nissan’ to 52182 or visit www.Nissan.gesture.com to bid on the car. Also included with the auction prize are two 2017-18 season tickets and a parking pass for the Sixth Avenue Garage to help you continue supporting the Western Conference Final Champion Predators.”

“Nissan is proud to call the great city of Nashville home for our North American headquarters – and we are thrilled that our hometown Predators have come so far this season,” said José Muñoz, Chief Performance Officer, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.; Chairman, Nissan North America, Inc. “This supercar is dedicated to Nashville and Predators fans all over the world. We hope it raises a lot of awareness and funds for the work of the Predators Foundation.”

The Nissan GT-R is equipped with a twin-turbo VR38DETT 3.8-liter V6 engine and a titanium exhaust system, according to Nissan.

“All GT-R engines are hand-assembled by specially trained technicians known as Takumi, a process similar to that used to construct racing power plants. The engine is backed by an advanced paddle-shifted sequential six-speed dual clutch transmission and unique independent rear transaxle ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system,” said Nissan.
