FCA Design Cars and Coffee Event to Showcase Various Concept Vehicles
Summer truly is the season for automotive gatherings, both large and small. With the season’s warm weather and clear skies come an increased number of events like Cars and Coffee.
To start the summer season off right, FCA will be hosting an event of its very own this weekend. The FCA Design Cars and Coffee event will be held on Sunday, June 4.
Concepts Come to Life: 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Will Blow You Away
Located on top of the rooftop parking decks at the Chrysler World Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, this automotive enthusiast gathering allows drivers to bring vehicles of all makes, models, and eras to display. What’s even better is that the event will be free for both participants and spectators.
Of course, FCA will be bringing some vehicles of its very own. It just so happens that these models are some of the brand’s most popular concept vehicles.
Two vehicles from the 51st Annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari, the Jeep Quicksand and Jeep Switchback, will be on display during the event. The Quicksand is a powerful model set to tackle any terrain, while the Switchback is a Jeep built to switch back and forth between driving on the tried and true path and driving off-road.
In addition to these two Jeep concept vehicles, FCA will also display the Dodge Durango Shaker. This conceptual three-row SUV model includes a fully-functional Shaker Hood, a first for the Dodge Durango lineup.

Since FCA anticipates that the event will be extremely popular, the automakers has asked visitors only park their vehicle on the rooftop decks of lots 20 and 21 if they intend to put their vehicle on display. If this event sounds right up your alley, then head to the Chrysler World Headquarters and Technology Center this Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon for a very special Cars and Coffee event.
