The first FCA US-UAW wellness program was created in 1985, offering a range of services to employees, such as health assessments, biometric screenings, workshops, campaigns, and health coaching. From this first program, the carmaker’s health-oriented workplace continued to grow.

Now, the company provides its employees with fully equipped fitness centers, running and walking trails, a wellness center, and a vast array of healthy eating options in their dining facilities.
