FCA US employees and their immediate families will now have the option of a no-cost, no-debt college education

FCA US is looking to enrich the future—and it has found the perfect way to do just that. The Italian-American carmaker recently rolled out its new Degrees@Work program nationwide, along with the new Degrees@Work Family program. These two education-focused programs will allow FCA US dealership employees and their immediate family members attend Strayer University at absolutely no cost.

This new program doesn’t just make Fiat Chrysler the first company in the auto industry to offer no-cost nationwide education to its employees—it’s also the first carmaker to offer free college education to its immediate families, too.

“After the success of the initial regional launch, we’re thrilled to expand the benefit not only to all of our dealerships nationwide, but also to dealership employees’ immediate family members,” said Al Gardner, Head of Dealer Network Development for the brand. “When we began to seek out a partner to provide education benefits to our employees and their families, we focused on finding a top-notch institution. Strayer has the resources and the experience to provide a world-class education to our employees and their families.”
