Focus ST-H

With some luck, you’ll be able to rent Hertz/Ford’s Focus ST-H for your next business trip

According to the United Nations, the Netherlands is the fourth happiest nation on earth, and there’s a lot of good reasons for that to be the case. One of the foremost reasons might be the ability to rent a Ford Focus ST-H for €90 (approximately $119 USD) a day. It’s a beautiful black and gold-striped hot hatch with 18” gold metallic wheels that comes with the 250 horsepower you’ve come to expect from the ST. Part of the Hertz Fun Collection, it’s enough to make one say hey, Hertz, y’know we like fun here in the States, too.

Well, fear not, Internet user, because Hertz has apparently heard your words and are issuing a response. They’re very much like Santa Claus in that way. According to Roger Garbow, Hertz has plans to bring the Focus ST-H to America, which means that if you don’t know how to drive stick, you might want to start learning.

Just imagine having to make the commute from one state to another for a business trip in one of these. What was once a dull and monotonous affair suddenly becomes a joyous occasion and an opportunity to fully enjoy the freedoms afforded to you as a resident of the EW-NAITED STATES OF AMURICA! It’s the American dream.

Stay tuned for more as it develops. In the meantime, drink in the Focus ST-H in all its black-n-gold glory.
