Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company importer-dealer for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. announced the addition of Service Excellence 2.0 to its centers last month. The system upgrades Service Excellence, which breaks down service team and customer interactions into six simple steps while emphasizing a focus on four principles key to a superlative customer service experience.
