Ford has announced that it is bringing Omnicraft, its brand of premium aftermarket parts suited for non-Ford vehicles, to Brazil. The brand’s launch will begin in earnest this month with higher-demand parts, including brake discs and pads and air, oil, fuel, and cabin filters. Offerings are expected to expand throughout the year. These parts will be sold at around 400 Ford Dealers throughout the country.

“In the markets where it was launched, the Omnicraft name was welcomed by Ford Dealers and Independent Workshops as well as consumers,” said Ford Brazil Customer Service Director Jose Llanos. “The advantage is to offer access to high-quality parts for owners of other brands, with competitive prices and Ford’s endorsement.

“Having quality and versatile parts is important for the independent workshops to perform their work efficiently and productively without rework,” Llanos added. “Omnicraft is an innovation of Ford family and it will increasingly consolidate itself as a great option for repair parts to all brands.”

Omnicraft is part of Ford’s parts brand family, which includes Ford Genuine Motorcraft premium parts for Ford vehicles.

An additional component of Omnicraft’s Brazilian launch is the reconfiguration of the Reparador Motorcraft website to Reparador Ford. The updated website will cover both the Motorcraft and Omnicraft brands, and it will include a variety of technical tips and information germane to the parts and their functions.

Ford originally launched Omnicraft in North America in January 2017 before expanding the brand to Europe in May of last year.
